About the Role
SoundCloud is the worlds leading audio platform, enabling everyone to discover original music & audio content, connect with each other and share what they hear.
Our Listeners team powers SoundCloud's platform for everyone to share and discover unique content anywhere, anytime, on the web and on mobile. We reach hundreds of millions of listeners globally every month, many of which are listening on mobile in our mobile clients. As the engineering manager for this team, you will be managing and developing a very talented group of Android engineers as a servant leader. You will have the rare opportunity to gain experience in serving 175 million active users on our platform and building innovative services that powers our mobile clients.
You will be collaborating with product managers, tech leads and designers to plan, direct and ensure the delivery of our products and features as well as balancing them against technical debt and research/development initiatives.
