One of the core ADDC values is openness and tight connection with design and development community. While each year we extend an invitation to few acclaimed speakers from the industry, we try to ensure majority of the speakers are selected on a public call for proposals.

Quick Facts about Call for Proposals:

• Submission deadline: 22.02.2018
• Conference format: single track (!), 2 days, 6 talks per day
• Talk format: 30 minute talks, followed by 15 minutes for questions
• Audience: 40% mobile developers (iOS & Android), 40% UX/UI designers, 20% leaders and project managers
• Language: exclusively English
• Topics: inspirational or technical, but must be valuable to all audiences
• Selection: done by CFP committee, based on public voting

As outlined in the accepted topics and themes article, the talks that are not valuable for both designers and developers will be rejected. Talks targeting exclusively developers or exclusively designers will be excluded from our selection process.
